I ordered my new workstation late on a Wednesday, and it showed up by midday Friday, thanks to the delivery crew's solid instructions. The packaging was top-notch, ensuring everything arrived without a scratch. The assembly guide was straightforward, and I managed to set it up solo. It's super sturdy, and adjusting the height is a breeze with the memory controls. Couldn't be happier!

Awesome desks! I picked up two, one for myself and another for my coworker, since I was dealing with some back pain. The ability to alternate between standing and sitting has really helped with my discomfort, and our clients think it looks fantastic! I've got a bunch of equipment on it, which I know is pretty heavy, but it adjusts up and down without any hassle.

I went for the bigger desk, so there's plenty of room - it took a bit longer to put together than what the instructions suggested, but hey, I don’t put together desks every day, so I was taking my time with it.

Overall, a solid buy!

After my initial review and finally getting in touch with Amazon services, I feel it's only fair to revise my thoughts. Once we started chatting (which took a bit since replies came a day later), Maidesite/Amazon really stepped up and sent me a brand new desk frame. I’m happy to say it works like a charm and does exactly what I need.

So, even though my first experience with them was pretty rough, Maidesite has turned it around and provided solid customer service by sorting everything out.

The desk itself is fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend it. Big shoutout to ‘Gina’ for getting it all sorted!

I purchased the T2 Pro standing desk from Maidesite through their Amazon store. Delivery was spot on and next day, I put the desk together without any hassle. But when I went to use it, I found that it rises all wonky, making it pretty much useless. I reached out to Maidesite for help via email and their chatbot, but both times they told me to contact Amazon support. When I did that, they just sent me back to the Maidesite UK website... what a hassle!

I made it clear that this wasn’t about delivery but rather a product issue—one side was lifting way faster and higher than the other, leaving me with a lopsided desktop. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer any assistance.

To sum it up, their customer support was a total letdown. I really wish I had gone with a different brand that has better support for questions. The product seems decent (if it had worked right), but I’d advise steering clear of this brand because of the poor service.

All in all, it’s been a pricey lesson learned!

I came across the table in a YouTube video by a creator named ProperDIY. That’s what led me to order it from Maidesite.

I had a bit of a hiccup with PayPal at first, as it didn’t redirect me back to the Maidesite site, which caused a slight delay in finalizing my order.

But once that was sorted, the order went through and the delivery was super quick. No complaints there at all.

I placed my order before Christmas 2022 but didn’t get around to putting it together until early January 2023 due to the holiday rush.

I felt a bit uneasy when I noticed it was made in China. Turns out, I didn’t need to fret. It’s an outstanding piece of equipment. The quality is top-tier, it arrived well-packaged, and everything was there with all the holes perfectly aligned. Building it was a joy. Just like the iPhone, which is also made in China, this table proves they can produce high-quality items.

The only snag I hit was at the very end. There’s a cover plate for the cables, and the one I received was 87.5cm, which was too long. I reached out to Maidesite about it, and within two days, they sent me an 80cm cover plate that fit just right.

So, Maidesite is definitely providing a high-quality product, and their customer service is top-notch. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I was on the hunt for a replacement for my humanscale quick stand and stumbled upon the Maidesite T2 Pro - Electric Stand Up Desk Frame during my search. It was way cheaper than the humanscale options, which made me a bit doubtful but still optimistic, so I decided to give this electric desk frame a shot.

With two big monitors and a few other gadgets, I needed something sturdy since I tend to lean on my desk quite a bit. There aren’t a ton of choices out there, but the Maidesite frame is impressive and can hold up to 120kg.

It showed up in just three days and took me only about half an hour to set it up on my existing desk surface. This means that when it’s in the lowered position, it blends right in with the other desk in my office, but it lifts up to standing height quickly and smoothly.

At 5ft 10, I don’t need to crank it all the way up, and the programmable memory buttons are a nice touch, letting me hit the same height every time I switch from sitting to standing.

Installation was a breeze, and it operates super fast.

So far, I’m really pleased and would definitely recommend the Maidesite T2 Pro - Electric Stand Up Desk Frame.

I got the Maidesite SC2 Pro (Walnut) and it showed up super fast in two different packages. As I was unpacking the desktop and frame for the first time, I was really struck by how well everything was crafted and packed, which made me feel good about my decision. Putting it together took around 90 minutes until I could move the main desk unit into place and give it a go. I added some cable management and a privacy baffle later on. There was a minor issue with one of the desk panels not aligning properly, but after chatting via email with the awesome customer service team (shoutout to Carolyn), they sent me a replacement panel right away. This desk is turning out to be an amazing height-adjustable option for a solid price, and I must say, I'm really impressed with its quality and how well it works. I’d definitely suggest Maidesite products and their services to anyone looking. A top-notch product with stellar support!

I got myself the T2 Basic Standing Desk Frame. All in all, I'm really happy with how things went with Maidesite UK. The product is top-notch and arrived promptly. Plus, it was easy to put together, took me about 15 to 20 minutes. I'd definitely suggest it and would shop here again down the line.

Just to clarify, this review is aimed at maidesite.de, not the UK branch. I’m posting this here since the German site doesn’t have its own entry on Trustpilot. I ordered a desk from maidesite.de, and the desktop arrived with a noticeable ding. It wasn’t huge, but it was definitely visible. I contacted their customer service, which, by the way, operates out of China. The time zone difference and their limited English made it tough to get my point across, leading to a bunch of emails before they finally grasped the issue. They offered me a measly 15 euros as compensation when I asked for a proper resolution. I turned that down, and the back-and-forth dragged on for weeks. To cut a long story short, I left a review on their Facebook page, and they responded with an email saying they’d only refund me 40 euros if I removed the negative review. I’ve decided to escalate this to the consumer court. That said, the desk and frame are solid quality. I would’ve been really pleased with them, but I can’t recommend dealing with them because of their awful customer support.

I ordered the T2 Pro frame with dual motors, and it showed up about a week later, really well packaged. The setup instructions were pretty clear, and I got it together without much hassle. I picked up a 28mm worktop from Ikea for the surface and secured it with the screws that came with it. A couple of cable trays positioned at the back helped me tidy up the wiring. I even added some self-adhesive smart LED lights along the back for a little extra flair. On top, I’ve got a 27" iMac, two 24" monitors, a stream deck, an iPad Pro for jotting down notes, an Elgato Key Light Air for Teams calls, a printer (not a fan of printers, but you know how it is), and some other odds and ends. This desk is fantastic! I set it up for both my sitting and standing positions, using some strong self-adhesive cable clips to keep the wires neat on the right leg. I wish I could share a picture because it looks great. The motors are strong and lift everything without breaking a sweat. It smoothly adjusts from about 75cm to 110cm in just a few seconds. There are some extra features like a USB charging port on the controller and a timer to remind you to switch positions, but I don’t really use that. Overall, it’s awesome and I highly recommend it!
